Changes to the DOTA 2 roster

Gothenburg, Sweden  – August 18th, 2017 – The International 7 has concluded and a new season will soon be upon us. For the past year Simon “Handsken” Haag, Linus “Limmp” Blomdin and Jonas “jonassomfan” Lindholm has been an integral part of the team but as the new season arrives we have chosen to part way with them. We would like to thank all of them for their hard work and dedication they’ve shown for the past year and wish them all the best luck going forward.

For me, this year has been a learning experience. With great efforts, our season has remained a disappointment. I want to take this opportunity to thank Alliance management for the time spent. Moving forward, I will be on the lookout for new opportunities within Dota 2! – Simon “Handsken” Haag

It has been a rough year and it’s time for me to move on to something new, where or what it will be is uncertain but I’m excited for it. I’d like to thank my teammates, Alliance and our rock-solid manager, Marcus, for taking good care of us for the past year. – Linus “Limmp” Blomdin

I want to thank the Alliance organisation and everyone involved within for treating me very well and making my stay in Alliance a very pleasant and instructive one. I wish Alliance all the best in the future in whatever they may choose to do! For my own account the future is uncertain, but I know for sure that my Dota 2 endeavours does not end here, and I will continue to play and fight hard! Hope to see you all soon! – Jonas “jonassomfan” Lindholm

We will provide further updates on the new Dota 2 team in the coming weeks.
