It’s time: Meet the finalized Alliance VALORANT lineup

At the beginning of the year, Alliance was excited to announce their venture into VALORANT. It was an exciting pickup for the organisation, since they’ve been longing to get into competitive FPS. With the help of esports veteran James Banks, Alliance built a young, eager team of various backgrounds and nationalities.

After a really solid start with the team, Alliance went through some changes to the roster. They’ve been looking for the final pieces to the puzzle, the perfect final two players to complete the team, and have finally found them.

Please give a warm welcome to:
Mathias Seider aka “SEIDER” and Sigurd Jensen aka “Zik”.

Both players come most recently from Wave Esports, where they had some great tournament results, having multiple podium finishes in various cups such as the Agent’s Rising tournaments.

Zik and SEIDER are both Danish, and therefore come from a country with an incredible competitive FPS legacy.

About joining Alliance, Zik says: “I’m thrilled to embark on a new journey with my boys. With some time, I’m sure we will be a real powerhouse of a team and insert ourselves into the top of the league. I will take any step necessary to see that through.”

And SEIDER comments: “I am super excited to start a new journey with four great guys and a very competent organisation. I can’t wait to start competing again, I thrive in the officials, and 90% of the reason why I work hard every single day is because I want to create a legacy, not only as a player, but also being part of something bigger.”

Alliance’s VALORANT General Manager BanKs explains a bit more about finding the perfect final players:

“It is no secret that we’ve had some struggles with keeping our roster together with the right players to find the success we wanted. We built a core three with Fearoth, luckeRRR and hype but struggled to keep other players on the same page with our vision and system for the team. Despite this we made successful qualifications but failed to make it to the main events when it came to it.”

“Over the past few months, when there were no events for us, we took an extended amount of time to ensure we picked up the next two players in the right way. With that being said I am proud to announce that we have signed Zik and SEIDER to the Alliance VALORANT team.

These two Danish players have a fantastic attitude to the game, big desire and hunger to win and fit right in with the rest of the team. I know the wait has been long but it is certainly worth it. The synergy is already strong, especially considering they both played in Wave together.

We will be competing in a qualifying event on the 18th October where you will be able to catch the first official matches for our new roster – be ready, the new Alliance is here!”
